2) POSTAL AND TRACKING SERVICES
i)All International Orders over £10 in value will only be sent as TRACKED, TRACKED AND SIGNED, or SIGNED FOR delivery, due to the difficulties with the postal system worldwide. Unfortunately this is more expensive! Each country sets whether the item can be tracked, so should you live in a country where tracking is unavailable, you will get SIGNED FOR delivery.
ii) If you have chosen your items to be sent STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY please be aware that UNTRACKED means just that - there is NO tracking number at all. One it has been posted there is no way for me to trace your packages. This is the cheapest mailing option. I will not send orders totalling over £10 untracked and your order will be cancelled.
3) CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
Some countries do not allow the import of wool. If you are unsure about your countries legislation, you can find it on your home countries customs site, or alternatively, message me to ask. Please do not make an order if wool is an illegal import in your country as I will have to cancel the order.
Customs forms for International Orders will be filled out correctly, and will not be altered in any way. Customers are responsible for any import fees in their own countries.
