This mix pack of fibres contains the following types:
10g carded "twilight" Mohair from our own herd.
10g carded "twiglight" mixed breeds carded wool
10g carded "wine" mixed species carded fibres
5g "twighlight" mix of wensleydale and teeswater loose curly wool and locks.

Our carded wool
Professionally carded by the Natural Fibre Company in Launceston, Cornwall, it consists of wools from our own flock, mixed with some Devon and Cornwall Longwool from Tregondale, and some Perendale from Hannah's Flock.
Our carded wool felts wonderfully - the Devon and Cornwall Longwool wool gives it a coarser texture, which means it's fast to felt.
To get the best results from our carded wool, take the length and gently pull side to side to free up the fibres, and it will form a mesh that's easy to use in all felted creations and other fibre arts.
Due to the long staple length of some of these breeds, our carded wool contains long fibres, and is perfect fot creating a textured finish to your project
Our Carded Mohair
Grown by our own herd, and professionally carded by our local mill, our carded mohair behaves like a carded combed top. The length of the fibres, together with their special smoothness, means that it doesn't mesh together upon carding, so works more like a top.
Our carded mohair is incredibly soft and silky, and is best suited to use as hair, or as fur on bodies of animals
Our Carded Mixed Species Fibres
Professionally carded by our local mill, it contains a blend of wools, mohair and alpaca. This soft mix of fibres is very versatile, and can be used for most aspects of your projects
Our Teeswater and Wensleydale Mixed Curly Wool and Locks
For this mix, I've selected the most textured parts of fleeces from our own flocks. From tiny curls to waves, there is a real mix of texture in our "twilight" mix, and as such, is perfect for adding texture to your needle or wet felting makes.
