Our new bird nesting fibre with holder and refills is a sure way to bring a bit of nature into your garden!
I've always put my waste fibre out for birds to take for their nest, and as business has improved, so has the amount of waste fibre.
As you know, I'm keen on recycling and repurposing, so I've decided to add these cute little ball holders, with enough fibre for filling up your ball up to 5 times.
The fibre has been lightly washed without any chemicals.
The fibre is perfect for birds to use to line their nests, and we always have lots of sparrows, robins and starlings at our ball holders, picking out bits of fibre to fly away to their nests with!
They use it to lines their nests to keep them insulated and cosy for their chicks.
Our metal holders are easy to fill - the hinged ball opens into 2 halves, and you simply put in the fibre, and use the hanging clip to keep the 2 halves together, and it comes with a hook for hanging too!
Made from durable metal, after nesting season you can fill them with suet balls or similar to ensure your feathered friends get some tasty treats!
The holder ball is around 12cm and the chain a further 12 cm.
